Well, as of yesterday, the hut is up and functional. Thanks to my brothers Jose, Chris, and Tim - all construction is sound and looks fantastic. I created a new sketch for my portfolio (and as part of a new story) on my first day in the chair. I will post a picture soon, so that all can view the mighty mini-office. I look forward to my friend Mara helping me get the library together and organized, so that it can be properly accessed. I have already spent a good deal of time organizing materials and the space itself.
I have a disease called "toomanylibritis" - or, quite simply a fondness for books. Our family collection now numbers in the thousands (no kidding) and a hundred and fifty of my most inspirational and useful will take their place in the hut sometime next week.
SO, I guess it is organization on the fly!
