This morning

Well,
This morning I am on my regular schedule and about to get on with the writing for the day. This always helps me to get into the right mode. I have produced so much work just by sitting in the hut and writing! Imagine that... It really puts everything into perspective. I am just amazed at what is coming out of all of this!

On another note, I am considering the development of a site and class on the history of children's literature. What do you think? Does it sound like something that people would be interested in? Who was your favorite teacher? What was the best class you ever took in your life?

As a teacher of teachers, I love the idea of a good history of children's lit course. The site would be nice, too - reach more people that way. As for my favorite teacher - that's a hard one. In elementary school, it was Miss B. - I had her 3 times & loved her. In junior high, it was my P.E. teacher, Mrs. H. In high school, the German teacher, Frau G. In college, had to be the ed psych prof. Dr. S. I still keep up with 3 of the 4! Best class - Fairy Tales in my Masters program - cool new ways of looking at them!
